The Norfolk Association of Architects are delighted to be hosting our sixth biennial Festival of Architecture in Norwich & Norfolk this Autumn. FANN celebrates Norfolk's unique history, architecture and culture and the purpose of the festival is to stimulate interest and discussion about our shared built environment. With more than 20 confirmed events so far, there is sure to be something to interest everyone.
The festival runs from the 1st October through to the 27th November with full details below.
Events include the architectural exhibition at The Forum, building tours, walking tours, the annual Norwich Lecture, exhibitions, design & craftsmanship awards and heritage days.
This year's theme combines ideas on environmental sustainability together with how our buildings are changed, adapted and reused.
We are thankful to our dedicated volunteers and event partners - RIBA East, National Lottery Heritage Fund, Norwich Historic Churches Trust and SPAB Norfolk - who have made the festival possible this year.
There are a wide range of events happening, most are free to attend and open to all with booking details on each event page. Where events are chargeable this information is shown on the event page. If you have any queries on any of the events please contact the listed event organiser in the first instance.
